Identification / Proof of residency
All tenants must provide proof of their current address. Only the following identifications are accepted:
Utility bill (less than 3 months old)
Passports
Full driving license (both parts)
Council tax bill (less than 3 months old)
Mobile phone bill (less than 3 months old)
References
When offer has been accepted by the landlord, we will apply for references and credit checks draw up the relevant documentation which is the agreement between you and the landlord.
Deposit
The tenant will be required to provide one month full rent in advance as a deposit and the first month’s rent. Soon as this has been received a date will be arranged for the tenant to move into the property
As members of DPS (Deposit Protection Service) all deposits money are deposited immediately to their online account. All funds are ring fenced in accordance with client money regulations.
